Hire period租期
Two days is the maximum on dry hire. Most people collect the day before and return the day after — that gives you the evening to look at the spot and no rush the next morning. Same-day out and back is fine too; just say which when you book. Delivery bookings are two hours on site as standard.
干租最长两天。大多数人前一天取、后一天还 —— 头天晚上可以先去看看场地，第二天早上也不用赶。当天取当天还也可以，预订时说一声就行。送货上门的订单标准为现场两小时。
Deposit and bond定金与押金
A deposit holds your date and comes off the total; the balance is due on the day. Dry hire also takes a refundable bond on collection, returned once the gear is back and intact. Delivery bookings need no bond — the gear never leaves our hands.
定金用于锁定档期，可抵扣总价，尾款当天结清。干租取货时另收可退押金，道具完好归还后全额退回。送货上门无需押金 —— 道具始终由我们保管。
If something breaks道具损坏怎么办
Petals go missing and silk roses get bent — that's normal wear and we expect it. Only genuine damage or a missing piece is charged, at replacement cost, out of the bond. We'll show you the item and the price rather than just keeping the money.

Space and transport场地与运输
The arch is two metres tall and wants about 3 × 3 m of clear ground. Everything breaks down into crates that fit in a small sedan, so you don't need to borrow an SUV or hire a van. One trip, one car.

Setting it up yourself自己搭建
Two people, about 30 minutes for the whole set. No tools, no pegs, no power lead — everything clips together and runs on batteries with no open flame, so it's fine on sand, grass, decking and carpet. Message us from the spot if you get stuck; we'll walk you through it.

Weather and permits天气与许可
Wind matters more than rain — above about 30 km/h an arch on open sand is a bad idea, and we'll say so. For a small setup over a couple of hours with no marquee or amplified music, most councils are relaxed; some foreshore reserves aren't. Tell us the spot and we'll tell you what we've run into there.

How far ahead should I book?要提前多久预订？
Two weeks is comfortable. Weekends and public holidays go first, and we can sometimes do same-week if the gear is free — just ask.

Can I just hire the gear and set it up myself?可以只租道具自己布置吗？
Yes — that's the first tier. You collect the crates, keep them up to two days, and bring them back. Two people have the whole set standing in about 30 minutes: everything clips together without tools, there's a printed card and a short video in the box, and we'll answer the phone if you're standing on a beach wondering which pole goes where. It all fits in a small sedan. There's a refundable bond on dry hire.

What happens if it rains?下雨怎么办？
We watch the forecast with you and decide the day before. On delivery bookings you can move to another date or switch to an indoor setup at no extra charge. On dry hire we'll shift your collection day for free — the gear is yours either way, so there's nothing to lose but the outdoor plan. Wind is the real problem, not rain; if it's blowing hard we'll tell you before you commit.

Do I need a council permit for a park or beach?公园或海滩需要市政许可吗？
For a small setup, a short time, and no marquee or amplified music, most councils are fine with it. Some foreshore reserves are stricter. Tell us the location and we'll tell you what we've run into there before.

How long can we stay at the setup?布置可以用多久？
On a delivery booking, two hours is standard from the moment it's ready, and extra time is easy to arrange if you're bringing family, friends or a photographer. On dry hire the gear is yours for up to two days, so the setup can stay up as long as the location allows.

Where do I collect the gear from?去哪里取道具？
From our storage in the eastern suburbs — we'll send the exact address and a pickup window once your date is locked in. Loading takes about ten minutes and we'll help you get it in the car. A small sedan is enough; you don't need to borrow something bigger.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?送货到哪些区域？
Delivery within about 25 km of the CBD is included in the delivery price — Brighton, St Kilda, Albert Park, Docklands, Southbank, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Doncaster and the surrounding suburbs. Mornington Peninsula and Geelong are possible with a travel fee. Dry hire has no zone limit, since you're doing the driving.
